Ram founded Tat Capital with a clear vision to create synergy between two great nations and build cross-border initiatives that are impactful. He provides significant thought leadership and awareness of economic opportunities across the Asia Pacific and Indian Subcontinent regions.
A leading investment banker with significant sell-side experience, Ram has won many industry awards for his contribution to the capital markets. Ram was directly involved in approximately US$1 billion worth of transactions through various equity capital market (ECM), debt capital market (DCM) projects, and M&A-based transactions.

Andro Matugas-Barnes
Head of International Payments
Andro is a Financial Markets expert, having experience across all asset classes including (but not limited to) derivatives, futures, foreign exchange, equities and fixed interest. He has spent most of his Financial Markets career with Travelex in Retail Foreign Exchange as a Director of Managed Services at a boutique Alternative Investments Firm. Andro is a Sub Authorised Representative for Tat Capital and is a Certified Financial Planner. Over the past years, Andro has been leading the highly experienced FX team at Tat Capital.
Pooja Digumarti
Senior Manager / Product Development
Pooja is experienced in fixed income, equities, futures & foreign exchange. She spent a major part of her career as Manager and SME with Deutsche Bank Operations in India. Pooja has experience managing corporate action events, complex multi-currency transactions, client relationship management, managing reconciliations of books and reporting processes. She has been adding value to our clientele in the past five years, mentoring new team members, and analyzing the data repository for product development at Tat Capital.
Malvika Sehgal
Manager, Finance & Operations
Malvika is a Manager – Finance & Operations with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and process optimisation. She has hands-on experience in accounts, reconciliations, financial statements, CRM optimisation, and business operations. At Tat Capital, she supports management with financial insights while overseeing administration, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and operational functions to drive efficiency and business growth.
