Here&#8217;s the funding&nbsp;criteria for property transactions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-block: 5px 0px; padding-inline: 20px 0px; color: #888888; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">10-11% pa interest for a first mortgage<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">15-18% pa interest for a second mortgage<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">Ability to fund investments\/assets that are outside or more difficult for the major banks<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">All asset classes, including residential, industrial, mixed use, hotels and retail<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">$10m minimum lend, no real maximum amount<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">2 year minimum terms up to around 5 years maximum<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">Slightly better LVR and LTC ratios than the major banks<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">Slightly more relaxed presale cover ratios than the major banks<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px; padding-inline: 0px; list-style: inherit;\">To seek developers that they will have further opportunities to recycle funds<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-block: 5px;
