Tat Capital successfully raised US$10 million from Tembusu Partners for CricHQ

We are pleased to announce that Singaporean Private Equity firm Tembusu Partners has invested US$10 million in our client CricHQ, a cricket scoring and administration platform.

Tat Capital – Corporate Finance & FX Advisory (“Tat Capital”) was the exclusive advisor in Singapore to CricHQ, supporting the existing investors and were the lead promoters in the transaction. Tat Capital provided comprehensive transaction advisory services covering identification of prospective investors, strategic positioning, valuation and transaction structuring, assistance in due diligence, negotiation and finalization of definitive agreements, leading to the successful closure of the transaction.
